Tiger Woods Is Already The Masters Favorite!
Its hard to fathom that just last August, Tiger Woods’ odds to win (I’m thinking more like play) The Masters was 100/1. Yet, Tigers’ fans are always ready to back their man–even though he hasn’t won a major since June 2008.
he is by far our largest Masters liability and is still receiving support at 20/1 .. I agree, his true odds should be higher, but you will never find true odds involving Tiger as much support as he receives .. we have to control our liabilities to some degree

I did predict that Tiger’s odds would be in single digits by Masters week.
Officially a believer again. Saturdays used to be where Tiger ran out of gas (73.5 average 2015) but he looks like Tiger of old-especially the short game. Promise he’ll have single-digit odds for Augusta.

The latest odds making Woods the Masters favorite surprised even me. The favorite. And its in single-digit territory.

Jordan Spieth’s props were downgraded from 10/1 to 12/1. I say take Phil Mickelson at 16/1 before the odds drop. Quickly.
There’s this from Golfweek’s Eamon Lynch on a somewhat startling admission from Graeme McDowell.
“It doesn’t say much for the world of golf. We were all saying how healthy things were when he was gone, and now he’s back beating us all up again. Maybe we’re not as good as we thought we were,” McDowell says, laughing. “It’s pretty impressive. And it’s good for us all.”
